Shipping Coverage

PVL Canada ships within Canada only.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $99 or more (before tax, after discounts).
Orders below $99 ship via FedEx at a flat rate of CAD $9.99.

Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are 8–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.

Delivery & Signature Policy

Signatures are not required for delivery.
If no one is available at the shipping address, the package may be left at the door.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring packages are secured upon delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, PVL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Address Accuracy & Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Shipment re-routing is not permitted once an order is placed.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses will be refunded minus actual shipping costs incurred.
