I cannot attest to the effectiveness of this supplement as I've struggled getting past how poorly it dissolves. I've tried mixing it with lukewarm water, and still end up with a mouthful of crystals at the end. It's such an unpleasant experience, that I will not be re-purchasing just for that reason.

Great test support, quality and quantity. One issue is that it doesn't mix as well as the rest of supplement. Tried with juice, BCAA and many liquids. It dissolve well in water.
Adding a flavor would resolve the problem of needing to mix it with something else.
