Suggested Use

Great product, mixes well with 300ml of water and tastes good. I used to get sore for 3-4 days after training a muscle group, now with this I take a scoop right at the end of my workout and I've noticed a difference in not feeling as sore and fatigued the next couple days. I love this product, best Glutamine I've tried!!
