Boosts my training and recovery big time
I started using Total Reload mainly during long duration high intensity sessions. I noticed I was able to sustain the same level of effort for a lot longer, likely due to the formulation that includes fast carbs and electrolytes. It's also great between sessions if you are doing 2-a-days.

amazing taste! I blend mine up with water and ice cubes to make the perfect post workout " slushie" which is both refreshing and benefical for my body!
